What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Special Education team, including answering phones and emails
- Maintain Special Education student records and manage inquiries from families and schools
- Print and mail paperwork to families and school districts on a daily basis
- Enter and manage student information in the state reporting system
- Greet visitors at the front desk in a warm and friendly manner when the office reopens
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in using the Connexus learning management system to maintain Special Education records
- Ability to assist families and school districts with records-related inquiries
- Experience in entering student data into state reporting systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage student records and paperwork
- Excellent communication skills for answering phones and assisting customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an administrative support role within an educational setting
- Familiarity with Special Education processes and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail in handling student records and paperwork
