      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist teachers in delivering instruction tailored to meet the needs of students' Individual Educational Plans (IEP)
      - Collaborate with special education and general education teachers to implement modifications and accommodations
      - Facilitate communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and academic expectations
      - Track student progress and motivate students using incentives aligned with their individual goals
      - Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of an effective Special Education program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and one (1) year of experience providing support to students, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to pass a required background search
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      - Excellent communication and time management skills
      - Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings and professional development
