- Responsible for the planning and execution of all retail and player promotions and offers, to include but not limited to special events, tournaments and other casino promotional activities.
- Plan, coordinate and execute all events on the casino floor, or off site.
- Advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of all promotions and offers.
- Participate in planning of Marketing promotional and events calendar to achieve property goals and drive revenue.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all patrons of the casino.
- Ensure accurate set up of promotions and events in player tracking and marketing systems.
- Oversee the activities of the Promotions Coordinator.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- The ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Display strong work ethic and teamwork.

OverviewThe Special Events Promotions Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and implementation of all special event and promotional programs and offers on and off site. The Special Events and Promotions Manager will also assist with the operation of the marketing department. Perform special projects as directed by the Marketing Director.
