What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Invoice for billable items according to contract agreements
- Record and reconcile sponsor payments accurately
- Collect outstanding invoices and ensure AR aging balance meets company directives
- Collaborate with clinical research sites to ensure all revenue is captured and invoiced
- Meet end-of-month deadlines and assist with project-based work as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable for Specialist I and 3 to 5 years for Specialist II
- Associate degree or higher in accounting or equivalent experience preferred
- Extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to process and system improvements
