What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide executive and business management support to the Director and VP, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Assist in the execution of Microsoft partnership initiatives, including co-sell opportunities and campaign alignment
- Maintain internal tools and dashboards to track partner activities and program participation
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to align partner marketing campaigns with sales efforts
- Track and report on key metrics related to partner performance and program execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency with data reporting and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Interest in cloud technologies and partnerships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Partner Network programs
- Experience supporting go-to-market or partner teams in a technology-focused organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
