      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and COBRA administration
      - Provide expert advice to employees on benefit options and assist with communication materials
      - Maintain accurate employee benefit records and ensure compliance with applicable laws
      - Prepare required benefit reports for internal and external stakeholders
      - Serve as the point of contact for HR system inquiries and provide technical troubleshooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Benefits and HRIS
      - 3-5 years of experience in Benefit Administration with HRIS systems experience, preferably UKG Pro
      - Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
      - Proficient in recordkeeping and skilled in Excel
      - Strong problem-solving skills and effective oral and written communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems
      - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines during high-volume periods
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
      - Experience creating benefit communication materials
