      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present T-Mobile's latest offers and services
      - Achieve sales targets and perform post-sales follow-up to ensure exceptional customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Proven experience in direct sales, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
      - Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
      - Experience working in a target-driven sales environment with a history of exceeding sales goals
      - Knowledge of telecommunications market dynamics and effective sales strategies
      - Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements
