What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule patients referred by primary care providers for brief, virtual therapy
- Manage depression, anxiety, and suicide referral registries, ensuring patients receive appropriate behavioral health care
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health Specialists and BSWs in managing referrals and scheduling patient sessions
- Maintain effective communication with patients and referring providers
- Manage data entry and monitor patient referrals through the electronic medical record system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associate's degree in a medical or behavioral health field or certified Medical Assistant is required
- BLS Certificate is required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to problem-solve independently
- Proficiency with EMR programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Office or Behavioral Health experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus
