      Summary

      The Communications & Knowledge Management Specialist serves as the central owner of product information accuracy and consumer messaging. This role bridges Consumer Loyalty and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate product narratives.
      This individual combines strong writing, content strategy, and project management capabilities to translate complex product information into clear, actionable content-enabling the team to confidently engage consumers and make informed business decisions.

      Responsibilities

      Content & Knowledge Management
      • Own and administer internal knowledge systems, including the Knowledgebase (Consumer Loyalty Team) and Chobani Library (cross-functional partners)
      • Ensure all product-related content is accurate, current, and aligned across platforms
      • Establish and maintain content governance, including version control, review cycles, and approval workflows
      • Audit and continuously improve content quality, usability, and accessibility
      Product Communications & Messaging
      • Research, validate, and translate complex product information into clear, concise messaging for internal use
      • Partner with subject matter experts across Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing to ensure accuracy and completeness
      • Proactively communicate product updates, including ingredient, packaging, and formulation changes, with clear timelines and implications
      • Ensure alignment between Consumer Loyalty Team messaging and broader internal communications
      Project & Process Management
      • Lead the end-to-end content development lifecycle, from intake through publication and maintenance
      • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, secure approvals, and meet deadlines
      • Track and manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency
      • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness of content systems
      Cross-Functional Partnership
      • Serve as a resource for internal teams (Legal, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Quality, Regulatory) seeking product information
      • Participate in new product and initiative discussions to anticipate and prepare conten

      Requirements

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
      • 5+ years of experience in communications, content management, or a related role
      • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
      • Project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
      • Experience working with knowledge management systems or content platforms
      • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
      • Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of consumer-facing implications
      • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience in CPG, food and beverage, or regulated industries
      • Familiarity with product lifecycle, labeling, or regulatory considerations
      • Experience supporting customer care, consumer experience, or brand communications teams
      • Exposure to project management tools and content workflows

      The salary range for this full-time position is $60,500.00 - $95,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
