What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase membership through direct sales and marketing of Medicare products to eligible recipients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and meet enrollment targets
- Conduct presentations and events for potential customers and caregivers, customizing sales approaches
- Accurately complete and submit enrollment documentation in compliance with Medicare requirements
- Track marketing and sales activities using SalesForce.com or other tracking systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or other health/insurance-related sales
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, including a High School Diploma/GED/AA Degree
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business sales and relationship building
- Ability to conduct presentations and effectively communicate product features
- Strong organizational skills for tracking sales activities and maintaining leads

- Experience in community outreach and engagement with senior populations
- Familiarity with local health plans and provider promotional activities
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals
