      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and development of online courses for the Global Food Law program
      - Prepare necessary materials for curriculum committee approval
      - Create course content and design within the learning management system (D2L)
      - Conduct research to support course development
      - Develop specific classes, including Food Law and Regulation in Asia

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in teaching
      - Experience in instructional design for online courses
      - Strong research and content creation skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage course development timelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with online learning platforms, particularly D2L
      - Experience in developing legal course content
      - Background in food law or related areas
      - Previous involvement in curriculum development for higher education
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
