      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide command and control of incident management across the company, advocating for the customer experience
      - Manage ticket tracking, follow-up, escalation, and communication for all incident escalations
      - Monitor customer care performance and analyze service level trends to identify potential issues
      - Open and operate incident management bridge calls to coordinate mitigation efforts
      - Compile and distribute performance reports to assess regional and national program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong ability to analyze data and monitor performance metrics
      - Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing vendor relationships
      - Familiarity with incident management processes and tools
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Knowledge of customer service best practices and metrics
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced media or technology environment
