      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement effective training programs for Design Consultants
      - Collaborate with the Designer ROTOR team to create comprehensive training plans
      - Conduct and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions
      - Develop metrics to evaluate learner performance and improve training programs
      - Monitor and support team member performance in response to training initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree in design, business administration, or interior design preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and facilitation
      - 3-5 years of experience in a Design Consultant role within the company
      - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
      - Prior experience in instructional design is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Educational background in instructional design
      - Understanding of current effective adult learning methodologies and tools
      - Willingness to stay updated on new techniques in adult learning
