      Job Summary

      Provides support for facility site review activities including routine document preparation and file management, site review meeting/travel scheduling, and office supply ordering. Facilitates activities including training and reporting, and supports projects and assignments aligned with functional facility site review processes and services. Provides feedback to leadership on facility site review program components, processes, and policies to support ongoing program improvement.

      Job Duties
      • Conducts outreach to providers to schedule facility site reviews; leverages established departmental workflows and job aids in all outreach efforts.
      • Facilitates calendar management for nurse reviewers and other departmental team members as necessary.
      • Requests, tracks, collects and organizes site review documents from provider offices.
      • Attends and participates in collaborative facility site review meetings, committees and workgroups, and assists with meeting document preparations.
      • Contributes to the development and ongoing updates of site review department documents including policies and procedures, training materials, workflows, desktop procedures, etc.
      • Enters site review data into applicable databases.
      • Completes support for special assignments and projects as assigned.

      Job Qualifications

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      • At least 2 years of related experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a health care setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
      • Organizational skills and detail oriented.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally across a highly matrixed organization.
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      • Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Health care and/or managed care experience.
      • Data analysis skills/experience.
