      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized records in HubSpot to track referral activity and lead progression
      - Build and maintain dashboards to support tracking of referral KPIs and performance
      - Collaborate with data and operations teams to ensure referral program data is usable and well-structured
      - Execute mass email campaigns and manage outreach templates while tracking performance metrics
      - Maintain updated internal resources and documentation using Notion and Google Suite

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in an operational role, ideally in growth, marketing, or customer success
      - Proficiency with HubSpot is required
      - Strong ability to work in Google Sheets and Notion
      - Excellent organizational and documentation skills
      - Understanding of campaign metrics and reporting basics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with dashboards or performance reporting tools like Sigma
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
