      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process continuation of care and patient-directed requests for medical information
      - Provide excellent customer service to patients, care providers, and other stakeholders
      - Analyze patient information for compliance with federal and state regulations
      - Assist with training new or contract staff and students
      - Utilize technology effectively to support healthcare documentation and patient needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate of Science degree in a healthcare-related discipline required
      - Knowledge of medical records format and content
      - Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
      - Ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing production environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate of Science degree in Health Information Technology preferred
      - Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred
      - Experience in ROI (Release of Information) and customer service within a healthcare setting
