      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
      - Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams to enhance the platform
      - Educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform while providing excellent customer service
      - Act as a passionate advocate for both Clients and Therapists, ensuring their needs are met
      - Meet quantitative metrics related to daily customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to ambiguity
      - Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with at least one year in a related field
      - Strong work ethic defined by kindness and empathy, prioritizing customer experience
      - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Comfort with meeting quantitative performance metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with US healthcare insurance and coverage processes
      - Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education in a business or technology-related field
