      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update the electronic filing system of all maintenance training records and documentation for personnel
      - Partner with business units to design, develop, and test online learning courses for aviation maintenance personnel
      - Develop courses using e-learning authoring software and instructional technologies
      - Ensure timeliness of training materials by effectively managing and prioritizing multiple requests
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content meets training goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience in training design and development or graphic design
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Valid state-issued Driver’s License
      - Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
      - Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or aviation maintenance-related field; or 5 years of experience in a similar role
      - Proficiency with instructional/media technology applications, including eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
      - Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance
      - Experience with web page design (HTML, CSS, etc.)
