What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update training records and documentation for all maintenance personnel
- Partner with business units to design, develop, and test online learning courses for aviation maintenance
- Develop courses using e-learning authoring software and other instructional technologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content meets established standards
- Manage the content publishing process with external vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in training design and development or graphic design
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or aviation maintenance-related field; or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance and operations
- Experience with web page design (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript)
