What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update the electronic filing system for maintenance training records and documentation
- Partner with business units to design, develop, and test online learning courses for aviation maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify and address training design and development needs
- Develop courses using e-learning authoring software and execute best-practice training methodologies
- Ensure compliance with information systems security policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in training design and development or graphic design
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive needs or requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or aviation maintenance-related field; or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with instructional/media technology applications such as eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance and operations
- Experience in web page design (HTML, CSS, or Java)
