What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize service agreements, ensuring timely renewals and accurate tracking
- Generate precise quotes for service renewals and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Maintain data accuracy in key systems, including ServiceNow and Power BI
- Liaise with vendors for competitive pricing and collaborate with the billing department for invoice accuracy
- Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to support operational decisions and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in a Managed Services or IT Operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ServiceNow and Power BI
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technology solutions provider or similar industry
- Knowledge of contract management processes and operational workflows
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and invoicing procedures
- Advanced Excel skills beyond basic functions
