      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead partnership development with Detroit public and charter schools, community organizations, and local businesses
      - Oversee and manage the application process for new program cohorts
      - Develop and implement comprehensive academic advising and coaching programs
      - Coordinate student support efforts and manage program budget
      - Conduct assessments and utilize data to evaluate program effectiveness and student success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in higher education, student affairs, or a related field
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with campus partners
      - Experience managing and supervising staff towards program goals
      - Knowledge of student success concepts and community development practices
      - Proven commitment to promoting effective teamwork among faculty and staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep knowledge of issues related to first-generation college students and student success
      - Previous experience in developing or supporting first-generation student success initiatives
      - Experience with budget management and donor-based funding
      - Skills in event planning and facilitating student engagement
      - Terminal degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field
