      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage multiple aspects of the Online Master's Program in Strategic Communication
      - Recruit and admit qualified students, providing advising throughout their online program experience
      - Engage alumni and nurture industry alliances and partnerships
      - Collaborate with an advisory committee to maintain a competitive curriculum
      - Teach classes in the program as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a master's degree in strategic communication, advertising, public relations, marketing, communication, business, or a related field
      - Professional leadership or academic administrative experience of at least 1 year
      - Experience in budget management
      - Strong community-building skills related to student and faculty relationships and networking
      - Ability to recruit competitive candidates for programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or willingness to learn about higher education administration, particularly online education and curriculum design
      - Professional, teaching, or research experience in integrated digital and social media campaigns and data analytics
