      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations, including student staff supervision and program coordination
      - Design and teach the CAS 290 academic and career readiness course
      - Manage logistics for program activities, including supplies and transportation
      - Collaborate with community organizations and corporate partners for outreach initiatives
      - Facilitate student engagement through digital content creation for promotional purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in communication, higher education, student affairs, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in planning and executing programs focused on academic and student success
      - Experience in supporting student recruitment and retention through co-curricular programs
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
      - Proficiency in technology and data analysis for program evaluation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in budget management
      - Familiarity with MSU systems and student support resources
