      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strategies for sourcing diverse candidates through job postings, career fairs, and educational partnerships
      - Act as a brand ambassador and showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories
      - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
      - Streamline the recruitment pipeline and optimize the selection process for efficiency and skills alignment
      - Collaborate with department managers to identify recruitment needs and determine key qualifications for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and managing data in a Talent Acquisition System
      - Strong understanding of the event management industry
      - Ability to work with and train associates/colleagues of all levels
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and other relevant software (UKG, Smartsheet, Cvent, Concur)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing and administering employee surveys and analyzing feedback
      - Familiarity with social media and its role in recruitment strategies
      - Previous experience in a global or diverse workplace
      - Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
