      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide field support to Lease Operations, R&D, and OEM customers globally
      - Lead teams in upgrade and overhaul projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations
      - Troubleshoot and repair machine control systems to minimize equipment downtime
      - Design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers
      - Analyze performance data to recommend improvements and enhance safety

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Automation, Fluid Power, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or similar
      - Minimum of 5 years developing and/or troubleshooting PLC and HMI software
      - Minimum of 5 years experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic circuits
      - Maintain Railroad Certifications
      - Strong knowledge of communication networks and troubleshooting Rockwell Software PLC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
      - 1+ years of programming experience with languages such as C#, HTML, and JavaScript
      - 1+ years of experience working with database software such as Microsoft SQL Server
