What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service to strategic end-users and sales representatives by resolving contract issues and enhancing the renewal experience
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with existing accounts by delivering knowledge-based value
- Participate in customer meetings to explain the benefits of programs and maintain partnerships with customers and vendors
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex issue resolution and manage customer renewals through quotes and communication
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to secure pricing and ensure timely contract renewals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Third Party Renewal role
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS applications
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Third-Party Services and distributor-related tools
- Aptitude for developing relationships and understanding service-related offerings from multiple vendors
