What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth in OEM service contract renewals through client retention and upselling
- Maintain subject matter expertise in OEM offerings and manage renewal timelines
- Review renewals for upsell opportunities and create proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and account executives to ensure successful renewals
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to clients as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a support agreement renewal role
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of OEM Services and distributor-related tools
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in a technology-focused environment
