      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver comprehensive support and career guidance services to program participants, including needs assessments and job placement assistance
      - Develop individualized employment plans informed by job market data and participant goals
      - Conduct job readiness workshops and provide personalized coaching to job seekers
      - Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements
      - Participate in quality assurance meetings to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - 1-2 years of experience in case management or career counseling
      - Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
      - Valid CA driver's license and state-required auto insurance
      - Ability to travel within Southern California (up to 25%)
