      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver comprehensive support and career guidance services to program participants, including needs assessment and job placement support
      - Develop individualized employment plans based on job market data and participant needs
      - Conduct job readiness workshops and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance participants' job-seeking skills
      - Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress and manage case files in compliance with program standards
      - Assist with program outreach events, including job fairs and partner engagement meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - 1-2 years of case management or career counseling experience
      - Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
      - Valid CA driver's license and state-required auto insurance for travel
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in delivering workshops or training related to job readiness and employment skills
      - Familiarity with community resources and support services for job seekers
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants
      - Proficiency in maintaining case documentation and reporting requirements
      - Willingness to engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives
