What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts and verify results throughout the testing process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers
- Conduct testing and analysis of POS systems in compliance with payment requirements from major card companies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specification and report delivery
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24
- Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX
- Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
- Willingness to take ownership of work and continuously improve performance
