      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, conduct, and facilitate tours of facilities for various public groups, including VIP tours
      - Train Church-service unit missionaries, managers, and local leaders
      - Manage inventory for all units, including applicable functions of the Bishops' Central Storehouse
      - Implement policies and procedures related to operations
      - Ensure safety management and training compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in business, operations management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years in a management role
      - Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
      - Knowledge and understanding of welfare principles and Church leadership roles
      - Ability to train and motivate others, with experience teaching diverse groups

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
