      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare teams prior to Specialist start date and coordinate onboarding with key departments
      - Deliver and manage equipment, instruments, medications, and supplies in designated systems
      - Acclimate specialists to offices and assist in their transition to designated field managers
      - Train Directors, Regional Managers, and Office Managers on scheduling and support for specialists
      - Work closely with doctors to enhance specialty utilization and overall provider efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of job-related/industry experience
      - Strong clinical background, particularly in Oral Surgery and Endodontic procedures preferred
      - Previous experience as a Dental/Specialty assistant required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to run Excel macros

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in field operations and understanding of specialty onboarding processes
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to conduct up to 90% of domestic travel
