      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring pipeline and sales are effectively handled from start to finish
      - Conduct prospecting activities, including cold and warm sales calls, to identify and close complex sales opportunities
      - Maintain accurate account management and dealer information in the backend of the website
      - Analyze dealer and auction display results, focusing on resolving delivery issues
      - Document all sales and service interactions using Salesforce and develop weekly and monthly sales plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field, or a master's degree with up to 2 years of experience, or 14 years of experience in a related field
      - Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, phone, and interpersonal)
      - Proven ability to analyze customer problems and trends to provide recommendations for improvement
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and yearly sales goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of business software applications, including MS Office Suite and virtual demonstration tools
      - Experience in a customer-focused, account management, revenue-driven environment
      - Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across departments
      - Experience in software sales or automotive sales
      - Media advertising experience
