      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about the employer's products and approved indications
      - Achieve individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators
      - Organize and facilitate meetings for the exchange of medical and product information
      - Analyze business within the designated territory to understand prescribing patterns
      - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience
      - At least two years of specialist sales experience (e.g., sleep specialists, pulmonologists, neurologists, or psychiatrists)
      - Established relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals within the aligned territory
      - Strong understanding of payer landscape and managed care criteria for specialty products
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sleep and Central Nervous System therapeutic sales
      - Familiarity with REMS/hub or central pharmacy processes
      - Knowledge of product and competitor offerings in the therapeutic area
      - Experience in launch planning and execution of new products
      - Post-graduate business school study or training
