What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across various practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets; manage sales funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics using CRM
- Lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals
- Translate clinical evidence into practice behaviors and equip staff with necessary tools for consistent use
- Document customer feedback and insights, sharing them with internal partners as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
- Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
- Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

- Experience in pharmaceutical launch environments
- Start-up experience in sales environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor discussions to clinical details
- Proven ability to analyze data for territory planning and prioritization
