      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute territory plans, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing sales funnels, forecasts, and activity metrics
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews and training sessions
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors for practices, equipping staff with necessary tools
      - Capture customer feedback and insights, sharing them with internal partners to refine strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales; pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is a plus
      - Comfort discussing cash-pay/elective therapies and their affordability with practices and patients
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
