      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute the territory plan, ensuring effective coverage and engagement with independent practices and multi-location groups
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing sales funnels and forecasts using CRM tools
      - Educate and influence eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews and training sessions
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors to drive consistent adoption of new therapies
      - Document customer insights and feedback to refine internal strategies and messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Proven track record of working in a launch environment is a plus
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients
      - Previous experience in a startup environment
      - Strong communication and persuasive selling skills tailored to eyecare professionals
      - Ability to analyze data for effective territory planning and prioritization
      - Resilience and action-oriented mindset in challenging market conditions
