What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and routing
- Meet or exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics
- Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant data reviews and training sessions
- Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors and provide staff with tools for consistent therapy use
- Document customer feedback and insights to share with internal partners for strategic refinement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales success, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
- Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
- Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharma launch environments
- Previous start-up experience
- Strong understanding of affordability discussions with practices and patients
