      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute the territory plan, including coverage across various practices

      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors to drive therapy adoption
      - Document customer feedback and insights to share with internal partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Proven track record in a pharmaceutical launch environment is a plus
      - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in startup environments
      - Comfort with discussing affordability and cash-pay therapies
      - Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
      - Ability to analyze data and build practical plans for territory advancement
