What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage
- Meet or exceed sales targets while managing the sales funnel and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
- Educate and influence eyecare professionals through in-office data reviews, training sessions, and lunch-and-learns
- Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors for practice integration and support adoption of new therapies
- Document customer feedback and insights, sharing them with internal teams to refine strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
- Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
- Familiarity with cash-pay/elective therapies and discussions surrounding affordability
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
