      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across practices
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
      - Lead compliant in-office data reviews and trainings with eyecare professionals
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical practice behaviors and equip staff with necessary tools
      - Document customer feedback and insights, sharing with internal partners as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented sales success; pharmaceutical or medical sales experience is preferred
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is a plus
      - Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability
      - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in pharmaceutical launches
      - Start-up experience in a sales role
      - Strong understanding of territory and business acumen
      - Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals
      - Ability to adapt quickly and utilize feedback for improvement
