      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a territory plan including segmentation, call cadence, and coverage across various practices

      - Conduct in-office training sessions and data reviews with eyecare professionals
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors to drive product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven sales success; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is a plus
      - Ability to discuss affordability of cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
