      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute focused territory and account plans to drive brand awareness and product adoption
      - Deliver clear and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements
      - Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption
      - Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows
      - Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare
      - Proven track record of consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and compliance with company driving standards
