      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive brand awareness and product adoption
      - Deliver product education through in-person and virtual engagements, adapting to customer needs
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders
      - Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows
      - Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
      - Proven track record of consistent performance in a sales environment
      - Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards
