What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans to prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Deliver compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare
- Proven track record of consistent performance in sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards
