What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans that prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Deliver compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements, adapting messaging based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption
- Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare
- Proven ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders
- Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards
