      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive brand recognition and adoption through effective communication and engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders
      - Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned customers, establishing expertise in the product and disease state
      - Conduct customer engagement meetings, both in-person and virtually, using effective messaging
      - Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed account plans and strategies
      - Navigate payer landscapes to facilitate patient access and drive product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or life sciences
      - Minimum of 3 years of successful field-based account management experience in pharmaceutical sales
      - 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferred
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
      - Valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing requirements for access to medical facilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Allergy/Immunology markets
      - Knowledge of local Key Opinion Leaders and key players within the designated geographic assignment
      - Experience with product launches and navigating payer dynamics for new product adoption
      - MBA or MS in a relevant field
