      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute focused territory and account plans to drive brand awareness and product adoption
      - Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements
      - Build strong professional relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders to influence awareness and adoption
      - Navigate payer and access dynamics to support patient access and remove barriers
      - Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
      - Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus
      - Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards

      - Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or healthcare sales
      - Proven track record of consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and technology for planning and execution
