      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate brand value messages to drive product adoption and meet territory business objectives
      - Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned customers, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert
      - Conduct customer engagement meetings with effective messaging through various platforms
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans
      - Navigate payer landscapes to facilitate patient access goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or life sciences
      - Minimum of 3 years of successful field-based account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales
      - 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferred
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives demonstrated by prior results
      - Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets employer eligibility requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Allergy/Immunology markets
      - Familiarity with product launches and navigating payer dynamics for new product adoption
      - Knowledge of local Key Opinion Leaders and key players within the designated geography
      - MBA or MS degree preferred
      - Competency with tools such as Tableau and Veeva for business analysis
